  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, business name, when you enquire or book with us.

  • Payment details: handled by our payment processor, not stored by us directly.

  • Client content: photos and video footage produced for or supplied by you.

  • Website and ad data: standard analytics and advertising data collected through tools like Google and Meta (e.g. cookies, pixel data), used to run and measure our own and our retainer clients' ad campaigns.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to:

  • Provide and manage the Services you've booked

  • Communicate with you about bookings and projects

  • Process payments

  • Run and report on ad campaigns for retainer clients

  • Improve our Site

We don't sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who support us (payment processing, cloud storage, accounting)

  • Opt out: you can ask us to stop using your information for marketing at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are aimed at businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
